Since its debut at the E3 event, Anthem has made fans stand still. The highlight of the game is the Iron Man exosuit style, the epic battle scenes and beautiful graphics.
Initially, Anthem was scheduled to be released in the fourth quarter of 2018. However, EA later delayed and confirmed the game’s release date on February 22, 2019. Origin Access Premiere subscribers, priced at About 20 USD / month, can be accessed on Anthem earlier on February 15, 2019.
EA has released a closed beta, not everyone can play. But starting January 25, 2019, Anthem will have a more complete demo for Origin Access Premiere purchased accounts and those who pre-order the game. Then, on February 1, 2019, EA will release a beta for all gamers to experience and evaluate.
Anthem is an RPG role-playing game, similar to products such as Warframe, Destiny 2 or Borderlands 2. The game takes a futuristic science fiction setting. Players will play a character who can use Iron Man exosuit-style sets, called Javelin. Players can experience alone or play co-op with 3 more friends to complete quests, explore the open world, or upgrade the Javelin.
In fact, Anthem’s gameplay will focus on teamwork. The game will have a third perspective when the player controls the Javelin. At the demo version at the E3 event, the game has a first-person view when not wearing the exosuit. Anthem will have all 4 types of Javelin designed with distinct styles and functions. Like Destiny 2, players can pick up items that fall after defeating monsters, players can collect and increase levels and skills for their exosuit sets.
Besides, the weather element and surroundings can also affect the task completion. For example, when a super storm occurs, the player or the monster must flee and wait until the storm melts. Wild animals in the game can also suddenly attack players, of course the game also has the kind of gentle and aggressive animals interspersed.
